Terms and Conditions for Fast Pay Services:
General Provisions: 1.1. Fast Pay services are provided by fastpay, herein referred to as "the Company." 1.2. By using Fast Pay services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws and regulations. 1.3. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.
Service Description: 2.1. Fast Pay offers the following services:
- Issuance of Fast Pay MasterCard.
- Mobile top-up services.
- Bill payment services.
- Wallet-to-wallet transfers.
Fast Pay MasterCard: 3.1. Fast Pay MasterCard is issued subject to the approval of the Company. 3.2. The cardholder agrees to use the Fast Pay MasterCard only for lawful transactions. 3.3. The Company reserves the right to deactivate or cancel the Fast Pay MasterCard at any time without prior notice.
Mobile Top-Up and Bill Payment: 4.1. Users can top up mobile phone credit and pay bills through Fast Pay. 4.2. Users are responsible for providing accurate information for mobile top-ups and bill payments. 4.3. The Company is not liable for any errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.
Wallet-to-Wallet Transfers: 5.1. Users can transfer funds between Fast Pay wallets. 5.2. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transfer details. 5.3. The Company is not responsible for any losses resulting from user error in transfer details.
Fees and Charges: 6.1. The Company reserves the right to impose fees and charges for Fast Pay services. Users will be notified of applicable fees. 6.2. Fees and charges are subject to change at the discretion of the Company.
User Responsibilities: 7.1. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Fast Pay account, including passwords and personal information. 7.2. Users must promptly report any unauthorized transactions or suspicious activity to the Company.
Limitation of Liability: 8.1. The Company is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of Fast Pay services, except where prohibited by law. 8.2. In no event shall the Company be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of Fast Pay services.
Governing Law: 9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. 9.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai .
Severability: 10.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By using Fast Pay services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use Fast Pay services.
