Refunds for Mobile Top-Up and Prepaid Cards:

 2.1. Customers can request a refund for loaded mobile credit or prepaid card purchases within a specified timeframe. 2.2. Refund requests must be supported by the original payment receipt or transaction details. 2.3. Fast Pay reserves the right to make a final decision regarding refunds based on an assessment of the request.

Refunds for Bill Payments:
